Puzzles without ads. Privacy, plainly explained.

Who is responsible

Christopher Asche, Frauenknechtstr. 2d, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Contact: chrishq.dev+arrows@gmail.com. This policy covers Arrows Unwound and this website.

Your game stays with you

Puzzle progress, settings and saved puzzles are stored on your device. No account is required. We do not integrate advertising networks or use advertising identifiers or cross-app advertising tracking. Device backups depend on your Apple settings.

Purchases and restoration

Apple processes in-app purchases. RevenueCat helps validate and restore your unlock. This involves purchase history, transaction and entitlement information, and an automatically generated pseudonymous app user identifier. RevenueCat also processes technical request information and details such as app version, platform, language and currency. We do not send puzzle progress or an email address as a customer attribute. We do not receive payment details such as your card number. Purchase information supports app functionality, fraud prevention and purchase analysis in the RevenueCat dashboard. The legal bases are GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f).

This website

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website. Technical request information, including IP address, requested page, browser and access time, is processed to deliver and secure the site under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). We do not set analytics or advertising cookies or load external webfonts.

When you contact us

We process your email address and the information you send to answer your support request. Our mailbox uses Gmail (Google). The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for contractual requests, or our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f).

Retention and international transfers

Information is processed only as long as needed for its purpose, restoring purchases or meeting legal retention obligations. You can reset local progress in the app. Contact us about support or purchase records. Service providers may process data outside the EU, including in the US. International transfers rely on applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards, in particular EU standard contractual clauses. For provider-specific processing and retention details: Apple · RevenueCat · Netlify · Google.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). Contact the address above with questions or to exercise your rights.
